Hot Breakfast Buffets do offer variety and are great for formal and informal gatherings. Do keep in mind, however, that most hot breakfast selections will require additional heating if they are not prepared and then immediately served. So take into consideration the duration of time that a hot breakfast will be made available and choose selections that reheat well or dishes that your guests won't mind eating at tepid temperatures. Also remember that people tend to try many selections when a buffet is offered. It may become necessary to order full sized servings for some selections that you believe most guests will eat.
